CELLC INSURANCE CLAIM

Cellc insurance claim are hopeless ,claimed for a device on the 30th jan 2020..its now the 20 feb 2020 im still awaiting assistance all i get is useless emails from consultants who know nothing or have to rego the process of training that my order has not being placed i have now placed an order for the 3rd time ...hoping to get some assistance its really frustrating .why cant 1 specific agent assist with a single claim its so blady damn confusing and frustrating.I have been emailing NTHABISENG,MASETSHABA,ZANELE M,LEBOHANG M,JUDAH,PRINCESS L,TERKISHA...7 consulltants and no one seems to know there job or what they are doing send them back for training if i were cellc
