Cellc INSURANCE

My name is Octavia Makola, Donald Makola CELLC INSURANCE Bad SERVICE!!!!! **** My husband and i tried to claim with the cellc insurance that i was hijacked last week wednesday they took my car and my phone, i claimed with cellc insurance for my phone and i have statement from police case number that proves iwas hijacked but when i claim they tell me iwas suppose to claim within 24 hrs to them. How is that possible because i had to run up and down for my car to be recovered and companies assets as iwas hijacked on duty im on courier, i am very much dissapointed 😥with their respond i oayes for insurance because my phone to be insured.as we are here on cellc sandton they told us to write a motivational letter

For what!!!!! Because i have a case number and police statement, apparently we wrote that motivational letter as per their request, they now tell us stories that they are not adding up. Im bery much dissapointed apparently they are (hollard) my question is why are they doggy when it comes to claims,. Are they ripping people off. I just want my phone back as i claimed for insurance.

******* the cellc staff tried and sended them the motivational letter for 3 times and they now say they ddnt receive anyrhing from us. I just want to report them so that people be ware that cellc insurance (hollard group) is a **** you pay your unsurance when you claim they are no were to be found
