CELLC ***********!

Why can I not simply change my debit order details? I have changedmore than 10 debit orders from one bank to another. But not CELLC. Every single person you speak to is either unhelpful or ***********! My details apparently do not match. ONLY AT CELLC though! So frustrating; struggling for a month already!
