Cellc incompetence

After I have canceled my line will cellc , received confirmation of the cancellation and my last debit order.. cellc still handed me over to collections. 1. I never received any communication from cellc before being handed over to the 3rd party 2. After I received a call from VVM collections , I called cellc to find out why they handed me over, I was told because of my last bill in March ( which from my bank statement it shows they debited ) , so I asked for an email address to send the bank statement showing they debit. They gave me *** . I then forwarded my prove to them , I received an email from them after 2 weeks or so stating all of this was corrected.. last Saturday I then send an email to there credit operations department requesting for them to update on ITC because my accounts with them still reflect.. I was told I am owing.. I am so tired going back and forth with cellc.
