cellc in financial crisis

<p>I bought a fone at cellc n1 city,it was not what they promiced it to be and i took it back the very next day. Shaney promiced refund in 24 hours. It is now 10 days later still nothing. She confirms she send every thing to headoffice but when i ask a contact number she says there is none. Maybe the the cant aford phones at head office. Feels like my money was solen. Please advise should i lay a charge at SAPS?</p>
