Cellc homeconnecta Fixed LTE

Worst service ever! I got the sim yesterday, since it been getting an error connected without internet, today i called the customer care, from their contact center to their technical support team they don't know what they're doing or the service they're selling, had to explain this product to one of the call center agents. only thing they know will tell you they will escalate or will even hangup on you. I regret taking this deal. Spent the whole day frustrated couldn't do much work because i canceled my fixedLTE services with other service provider hoping cellc would be better, worst service and customer service experience. Please take people serious, I would never recommend this homeconnecta product to anyone.
