Cellc has gone down no data on LTE

Disgusting service from call Centre if they don't like what you have to say you get directed to rating their shocking service we have been on this LTE deal from them since last year we on the second router as well as second Sim we cannot remember the last time we had a good signal if you can connect you are lucky..... Yet we pay our premium every month..... I have tested this signal on more than one location with no luck my phone keeps saying your internet may not be available.... I am still waiting disgusted in this even my phone signal has gone to the dogs and this is pure data that doesn't work
