CellC, hands me over for their incompetency in admin

Cell C is the worst service provider I have experience with. Being a loyal customer for over 20 years doesn't help either. They have not been debiting my account due to their own admin related problems. Money is and was always available in my account for the debit order. I have had like over 100 consultants phone me for the unpaid debit orders. Every time I am telling them one and the same things that the money is there why are they not debit my account. To a point I even asked to speak to their Supervisors as these agents cannot help me. To date not a single supervisor has called me back. I even went to the local Cell C store and they confirmed all is in order. Today I get a call from Lawyers that my account has been handed over!! Now I must pay legal costs as well for their incompetency. Cell C is the worst. Stop trying to make your admin incompetency problems mine to try and tarnish my good name when you cannot get your own house in order. Why don't they pull out all the recordings of their calls made to my cell number and then justify that I did not pay their account. Until then..... your legal woes will continue until you can prove otherwise.
