Cellc gone bad

Cellc have been a nightmare for the few months, never pay an account up before the contract ends, I have always opened contracts with cellc since the time i started working

Paying my account canceling contracts ended my business with cellc, I paid my account one payment by efy R11966.55 whereby the one account I owed R9442.55 account *** and the one account i owed R2554.00 account *** also two debit orders went off on 25 November 2021

And my account have been handed over to vvm attorney I informed them that I paid and only received one paid up letter but not two

Cellc had the nerve to debit my account now again I reversed the payment because I settled my account with cellc as I believe cellc owes me if only they can reconcile their accounts compare with what was debit and eft payment received

Today i see a statement showing that a credit amount was allocated but no paid up letter for account *** and no update on my credit bureau profile

I have had the worse experience with cellc for the first time in history they could not allocate payments and still have the nerve to hand me over like *** is wrong there please hire professional people that will be able to reconcile accounts before handing an account over to third parties
