CELLC GIVES SUBSCIBERS OLD HANDSETS AS NEW!!!!!

I recently took a 24 months contract with this Cell C as part of an upgrade in May 2015, since then the device has been sent to them 3rd time now for repairs. On calling the Service Centre I was HELPED by a RUDE Agent who told me I'm not the first customer to return the phone (some customer send their devise 5 times for repairs) Meaning I have to be inconvenienced 5 MORE TIMES!!!!, LOOSE my valuable information 5 more times for CELLC to actually do something about it.<br> I just called again and i was told by the Agent that my device is 13 MONTHS OLD (Really Cell C so you Delivered a 13 months old devise to me as NEW???)...<br> <br> Can someone from Cell C explain this??? As I am failing to get useful information.<br> <br> Now they are dropping my calls OR put me on HOLD till they CLOSE.<br> <br> As I write this I still do not have a handset to use and have lost business!<br> <br> Disgruntled Customer
