CELLC GIVE MY MONEY BACK!!!

Hi I hope you are doing well.so I am Rene Singh from Durban I need your help please!I'm having a problem for over 3 months with cellc and I don't know who to turn to and what to do my life is so miserable and I'm so frustrated with cellc so I mistakenly gave my sister a wrong bank account number which belongs to cellc cause I have a cell phone contract with them which I pay eft every month so I happen to give my sister that account number instead of giving my husband account number. Which she deposited 68k in to cellc account which now is credited to my cellc account but I need them to return my money which they keep on telling me that 7 days it will be returned now its gone 3 and a half months and I still haven't received any help. I'm so helpless and stressed out cause my sister now wants to take me to court for that money the she deposited for my husband to install cupboards in her house. Up until date I have not received any feedback back I'm so depressed and don't know what to do anymore. Please help me Wendy you are my last resort to turn to.
