Cellc GHOSTING client after approving contract.
I have app**** for a contract deal WITH CELLC but until today i have not received feedback ,upon calling them ,they do not have stock, how can you advertise a great deal then not have stock at all. its been 3 weeks.
this seems to be a **** just to get clients to show interest then they tell you at the end that they dont have stock so you can possibly take another option.
I am very disappointed and honestly wonder what service to expect. it is shocking , the one time I decide to take a contract AFTER 7 years of buying my phones cash , I get this terrible service .
If it is that you did a ITC CHECK on my name for fun, you beter reverse or remove your enquiry Emediatley .
I take my finances very seriously , same with my ITC .

26 Jan 2024, 13:27wow that scares me more , I was in your Centurion branch and WAS TOLD that everything is done and it is approved even. the ITC QUERY WAS DONE TOO , i do not have a ref because I was not given one. 6TH OF JAN , I have proof , so please advise what happened ? and WHY NTHABISENG from your branch told me all is good . im more worried what happened to my details .
