CELLC & GETMOR ******** BILLING
I'm struggling with Cell C to assist me in cancelling their sister company/department (Getmor)from deducting money on my bank account.In June I've sent a cancellation letter as I'm no longer in need of their services, until now in August they are still billing my account whilst I've cancelled this benefit in June.I find this ******** and unacceptable as I've called Cell C and Getmor for several times after the cancellation.
I now need Cell C/Getmor to refund all monies deducted after the cancellation .

07 Aug 2024, 14:34I've given Cell C a two star earlier on,unfortunately after these engagements with Cell C their overall score decline to zero,why .... because corporate institutions are quick to take clients to the Credit Bureaus and when they ill-treat clients they expect everything to be normal.
Unfortunately I will not recommend Cell C to my worst enemy .
