cellc get black support useless

I thought I would download the getblack app and actually get a cellc sim for the black data but the service I have received is pathetic, I first e-mailed stating that the app was giving me an error to which there was no straight reply then I e-mailed asking that an activation e-mail needs to be sent to me as this is what the site was requesting which i never recived an every single e-mail that i got back from the ********** e-mail had no response only a "thank you for contacting black support" it seemed as though i was dealing with a automated response but when I looked it had a name of nomali ndlovu on it when I responded asking if he actually read my e-mail and seen my screenshot the only response was please log in to your account.....I am highly frustrated and don't recommend moving to cellc at all
