cellc full of promises

<p>In 2016 I went over from MTN to CellC. What mistake. They sent me the incorrect more expensive phone and then the cheaper one. I returned the incorrect phone to them still sealed. And that is where my problems started. They have been billing me for the more expensive phone now for over a year and to this day after many phone calls and promises, I am stll paying for a phone that I do not have. Again promises were made last week that it will be sorted out but nothing has been done and no phone call as promised from CellC. They are the worst service provider I have ever dealt with</p>
