CELLC full of excuses still won't pay back my money

nobody is phoning me back regarding my missing money. One person says it is a credit note and not a refund, another 2 people told me it will be refunded . One says there was a reversal which is absolutely ******* as my bank account has not changed I checked my statement. 3 different stories from you yet nobody calls me back .. .claiming they tried to call me but didn't get through . That is bull.... then try again YOU ARE AT FAULT HERE, YOU ARE *****ING MY MONEY. I want my money I am going to report this as ***** and theft . No money has been reversed. You all Singing a different tune, you guys don't know what you doing, your company is completely *********** can someone who knows what they doing and talking about please call me . You lie through your teeth saying people tried phoning me its an old trick, you use it as defense to avoid taking to people or you purposely phone when people can't answer. I want my money back stop with your petty excuses and give it back . For a telecommunications company you actually pretty useless and are terrible at your job. Please let one who knows what they doing contact me. Please do not send that **** that someone will assist me as nobody does .... I want to talk to someone regarding my money soon. Stop striving to be the most insufficient, most *********** company in the world. You already won that . Just call me I want my money
