Cellc **********ly taking my money
Frogfoot took over our complex from Blitz fibre as the fiber network operator in September. According to the pricing page of Cellc using frogfoot I am supposed to pay R899 for my 50/50 line however I am being charged R1200. This is blatant theft of my money and I want this resolved asap before I open a case of theft against your company.

When I signed the agreement with cellc Blitz fibre was the FNO. In the meantime Blitz fibre have signed over their network to frogfoot and I expect to be charged the same amount as any other frogfoot client which signs up with cellc fibre which is stated on your own website as R899 for my 50/50 line.
I am holding records of all these email correspondence and if you choose not to ammend my price and keep on deducting incorrect amounts I will hold cellc accountable.
Please have a senior supervisor or manager contact me as I have requested several times and if you fail to amend the price as indicated on your website I would like to cancel my fibre line.
