Cellc ********** misleading the elderly

So much for their incredible "Friday deals" its nothing but a **** and a whole bunch of bull****!!! Agents call elderly people provide them for false and misleading info only to realize later on you being charged for stuff you never agreed too.

Thats cellc for u! An agent had called and did a router deal over the phone which was 9gs day and 9gs night with a hauwei router clearly stated it was for R149 pm we asked the agent numerous times if there would be any additional charges and confirmed the limit would be R1 on the router to avoid uncalled for bills.

Two weeks later i recieve sms's that only 3gs day and 3gs night was loaded on and that R426 was going to be debited this month.

With extreme frustration i calmly contacted the call centre disappointed to hear that cellc had no such deal and that nothing of the 9gs was loaded on the router.

We were mislead and this is complete *****...they promised to launch an investigation and contact us on friday as the latest we still havent received any feedback in regards to their devious agents and their ********** actions
