CellC ***** - you never get your name cleared, they just don't take responsibility

***** At CELL C

I've noticed an amount of R 1 300.00 on my bank account, and yip someone took a contract on my name. I'm by no means a customer at Cell C. But that is only one part of the issue, not only is this affecting my name at the Credit institutions. I get no help from Cell C to resolve this.

I've been to the store at Somerset Mall, I've spoken to many consultants at the call center. Only to be cut off, transferred and left to wait forever. The worst part is I've followed all the procedures, with a police statement, mailed the ***** department.

No one gets back to me, the store say sorry they can't help me. I'm left in the dark. If this is how they deal with a ***** issue, that is scary. I'll never be a customer at CELL C.

No service, no direction.
