CellC *****

I am sick and tired of being ****** my money that I work hard for by CellC. I do not have a contract with this company, but my account gets debited anyday of the month with different amounts ranging between 400 and 1000. I called CellC and I was referred to Sibongile Sibeko who then gave me the email address to lodge a complaint. The person who rep**** to my email said that I should send the affidavit. How convenient is that? My account is being debited by the company that I do not even have a contract with. What is the process of having a contract with a person. I thought the person should have a bank account with bank statement that match the names of the particular person. I am really sick of CellC, this weekend i woke with close to R500 gone. My debit orders that go on the 15th had to bounce because my money was ****** by CellC
