CellC for life... literally (Part II)

So following up on my first complaint (See: https://www.hellopeter.com/cell-c/reviews/cellc-for-life-literally- ********** ), I have yet to receive feedback from CellC with regards to the cancellation of my fibre line. Apart from a new reference number received last week Monday, CellC has been silent. It appears that I only receive feedback if I revert to platforms such as hellopeter?

CellC, if you are out there, can you please cancel my fibre line? I notice that you have also sent me another invoice, even though I have already served my one month cancellation period... I assume these charges will be reversed?
