CellC for CLUELESS
Since Wednesday I’ve been trying to get information on trading in/up my phone and to date nobody seems to know what I am talking about when their website, twitter handlers tell me that it is possible through any branch or walk in centre. Sandton branch told me they can’t do it, I call the walk in centre and am transferred to three people who are still clueless, one doesn’t know and puts me through to another who says she doesn’t know then puts me to customer centre who say the promotion expired last year and was rude as ever.
Does anybody know why you publish things that none of your staff know nothing about?

11 Oct 2019, 07:58I called your insurance department on Tuesday to cancel my insurance and was told it was never effected due to outstanding tax invoice yet I was never made aware of this and you have been deducting R189- for this every month since last year. KEISHA was provided with all my insurance ticket numbers and said she'll investigate and cancel the insurance and confirmation will be sent via sms and I still haven't received such.
