Cellc Followup

Would like to comment on the followup that was made to me by cell c. They called me asking me about the issue and they requested I send through proof of payment hence I claim I paid twice after terminating their services.

I sent through the proof of payment and they responded saying the amount they deducted from my account is not the same as the amount I paid via eft am sure the difference was the cents coz had rounded it up. What is the difference there coz the fact is I paid twice and they owe me 706rands of which they claim I owe them thus they still debiting my account every month without my consent. They even sent me to blacklist.

Well I responded to their email asking about the way forward but they did not respond till this day. I made calls to them several times and wasted my airtime again. After several calls I spoke to a lady by name Funiwe hintsho whom I was liaising with via email. She never responded to my last email and promised to call bek n follow up on my issue, I've been waiting since the 26th Nov 2019

Cell c has tarnished my name by sending me to blacklist, I've missed on big opportunities thus I always tell them will sue. When are they going to resolve my issue am tired of them debiting my account when they are the ones owing me.
