CELLC FINRITE INSURANCE

I lost my phone - which was insured with CellC C-insurance. i paid the excess amount they asked of me and i'm still waiting for the phone till today. i tried calling their call centre number *** - and i cant get through. I sent them emails to [Email Removed] but to no avail no one responds<br> <br> i've wasted alot of money trying to recoup whats mine and still i cant get any response. Cellc is the worst mobile network when coming to rendering customer service and i will never even recommend it to anyone. i just want to get my phone and cancel the damn contract i have with them as their services are useless to me.
