Cellc fibre worst choice ever

I'm currently with cellc fibre and it the worst experience I've ever had. It's about 4 months from the booked date and we still don't have our right account details and we still using a guest account of cellc. Each operator I talk to tells met they will phone me back the next day and then nothing happens. And now again they send met a statement that's going to detuct for 1gbps even though I don't have that speed currently. If it wasn't for the claw back I would've left this company already. Really worst service ever.
