CellC Fibre taking incompetence to an art level.
I have a number of contracts with CellC. A friend of mine wanted to put in a fibre line with Octotel. I suggested CellC as I found them great before. I have never encountered such total incompetence dealing with a service provider. I have no doubt a nursery school child could have been more efficient. Goodbye CellC.

I used CellC at the apartment in question.
I subsequently moved to other premises, where I do use CellC Fibre, just as a matter of interest.
When I left the person who moved in cancelled with CellC and chose another provider.
I convinced them to go bs
