Cellc Fibre overcharging people

I'm so unhappy about Cellc Fibre. I joined for R699 a month. Early this year they decided to start taking R949 a month. I queried this a few times where they said they will look into it and get back to me in 48hours which never happened. In September this year, I moved and did a move order. The person at Cellc said I can choose a package on the move order. I chose a R699 package again and Cellc carried on taking R699. Still Cellc doesn't want to refund the difference. I also mailed cellc requesting to cancel my Fibre and now they are telling me that I have to pay to cancel the Fibre. I want cellc to sort this out immediately and to refund and cancel the fibre
