CellC fiber what a disappointment and nightmare

They are very quick to sign you up, but try to downgrade or cancel is a nightmare. The sales agents put the phone down while speaking to them. I have been trying to cancel this for 3 months now with absolute no success. Shocking service!!! When you eventually get through they say you must email them, then the email address dont exists even after triple checking with the consultants. I am not even using the line anymore and reversing the debt order in hopes that they would now cancel my line so i can move over to a much more helpful SP. Now i just get triple debted
