CellC False Charges

At the end of April 2015, CellC deducted an amount of R261, for a contract (2G Data Bundles) that I normally pay R99, when I enquired, they advised that my contract ended in April so I no longer qualify for a discounted fee. I then wanted to cancel the contract, I was advised that they can arrange a contract for the R99 package, and they will credit me my money because they were only suppose to charge me R99. I agreed to the contract on those terms.<br> <br> At the end of May 2015, CellC deducts and amount of R279, when I called them they gave me some crazy explanation. This is not what I agreed to or signed up for. I am very disappointed at the level of service and that CellC unilaterally deducts money without even issuing an invoice to explain. I am actually disgusted!!! We have a contract which provides for a subscription fee of an amount of R99, not more.
