1 Week and counting , doesn’t seem like anyone from CellC can fix my fibre issue. Any rocket scientist able to help?
The person who manages the Hellopeter queries for CellC knows how to give generic responses. “ area outage”. Seems like everyone else is working but me. But will wait for another generic response with 0% customer support.
Absolutely shocking service! Consumers think 1000% times before taking any contracts out with CellC. Call centre agents will make you wait for over 15mins before disconnecting. Thanks Busi for wasting my airtime :). Great service quality.
