CellC FAILING TO ASSIST ME

I wrote a complaint about cellc here on hello Peter, they responded and promised to assist me, but till today, there is nothing done, they are just dragging to clear my name after they **********ly opened a cell phone account for someone using my details. They are not updating me of any progress as to show that they are working on the matter. It was nice of them when they wanted to get sales and did not even care to do a proper verification when the contract was opened. This is actually clear that it was an inside job, all they care about is getting sales and does not care about how their actions are negatively affecting innocent people. This is quite clear that they are protecting the culprit who is responsible for all of this, which I believe it is one of their employees. All this ***** is an inside job. That is why they are failing to assist me because they know very well that they are guilty. This is a promotion of crime, instead of dealing with this issue, they are ignoring me, imagine such a huge company doing ***** to get sales. It is so sad that this whole incident happened in 2019, but till to date, they still fail to do me right. Your actions are negatively affecting innocent people. I REPEAT, THIS WHOLE ***** WAS AN INSIDE JOB. I HOPE YOU ARE PROUD OF YOUR ******* OPERATIONS.
