Cellc failed me

i have a contract with cellc and i find out that they are deducting my money of two numbers that i don't even have the SIM Cards for it, i called them last yr Novermber 2022 to cancel those two numbers they told they will and they gv me case number *** they transfer my call to cancellation department they told me they will refund me from 2021 and 2022 , i called last week for a followup they told me the case was closed with no reason as they read on their system , i don't what is going with Cellc and failing the customers they are just disappointing me now over and over. i need this money i will help me now for my kids school Stationary.
