CellC failed me

I tried to claim from my cellC Cell phone insurance in Feb 2021 for screen damage and was shocked to find out that my insurance was canceled without my concent, I have tried numerous time to get CellC to resolve this problem and even though they cannot provide me with proof that I canceled the my insurance the issue is still not resolved
