Cellc expired contract cancelation hell.

My contract expired in December 2020 and still I'm receiving contract benefits on my number with an expired contract which I'm not in need of carently and cellc still continued to debit me ridiculous amounts throw out my contract of which I didn't agree to and in last two months out of n expired contract in January & February 2021, So basically I'll like keep my number and move to prepaid with immediate effect.

NB! Please do not refer me to call (084143) number as it has been offline and no help to me for the past 48hrs.
