Cell C Epic Service failure.<br> No wonder Cell C needs to pay customers R10000.00 to bring their cell contracts over from other service providers, because their service is Epic pathetic.<br> No wonder customers have to make huge banners and hang it over bridges to complain regarding Epic pathetic customer service.<br> Today once again I was one of these customers receiving Cell C Epic pathetic customer service.<br> I went into West coast Mall Cell C in Vredenburg to take out their R269 contract on my name for my daughter.<br> When I arrived the sales lady check on system and said I would qualify for R300,00 per month contract with no problems and she made copy of my id.<br> What an Epic Lie.<br> I was then informed although I am existing customer of Cell C and they do have all my information I must bring them in my latest payslip.<br> I drive back home from the mall to get my May 2015 payslip and hand it to the lady.<br> She then informed me that we must walk around in the mall as she still needs to get the entire items ready and we can come back and pick up the cell phone and tablet.<br> We walked around for more than an hour and then went back to sales lady to pick up the cell and tablet just to be epically enraged.<br> T
