CellC don't know whats going on with they're own contracts

I was called by CellC for a new contract the could not give me an exact amount to be deducted from my account. I agreed to the contract and received the device the following Monday and was contacted again to ask if I'm happy with the device and was told that the amount of R135 will be deducted from the account. There was R207 deducted and nou one knows why or how much should have been deducted as one say it should have been R101 and the other say it was a test deduction. And debt order was send back and had to pay R100 for the order that did not go through. No one at CellC knows whats going on and I keep getting excuses.
