CellC don''t have client service at all !!! WORST EVER !!!!

After CellC took over from Glocell its been chaos. Had an agreement with Glocell to pay off my account after Glocell made mistakes on my account. Then i contacted CellC to arrange the same arrangements, but talking to numerous people at CellC , NOTHING has been done. CellC people just ask to send corrospondence with Glocell and after forwarding to many times NOTHING has been done and false promises to sort it out every time !!! Now even my phone is soft-logged and thretening sms's received of CellC going to hand me over !!!

I was happy to not be with Glocell, but not anymore CellC is even WORST !!!!

Your consultants have contacted me many many times and nothing, or when i answer the call they just hang up !!! Reference Number : ********** 271 . your help is terr terrible , !!!!! your operators phone me and then drop the line once i confirm my details, as if to say they did try and contact me, and the other line was so bad i could not hear anything, ****** useless !!!!!
