Cellc don't care about their clients

The worst I have ever had Trying to cancel my account for 4 months now with no success Send email with qwerrys but no feedback or calls to come back to me on my problem My bill keeps on growing but I'm still awaiting feedback an my qwerrys of 2 months ago trying to cancel If ask for them to send me a email on outstanding amount but thay talled me thay can't send emails only sms Then I ask then for them to send ma a sms and I'm still waiting for the sms I have ask for a ref on my call and she talled me she can only give it to me after I drop the call then she will sms it to me still waiting I want to tell the hole of SA to stay away from cellc Thay don't care about there clients and don't come back to you on qwerrys thay are just not good Hope this helps other people to make the right decision when thay chooses there sirvice previder not to choose this cellc you will regret it at the end
