Cellc dont care

Hi there<br> <br> Cellc has treated me very unfairly and I would like cellc to approach this situation with causion as I am attempting for the last time to communicate with you. Cellc in Pinelands has made me very unhappy and Cellc as a service provider has made me very unhappy. I will accept an offer of just paying the amount that I sgned for on the contract but I will not pay for the data which was used to due cellc not making me aware of my contract being on a open line.
