Cellc Doesn't need New Business

On the 3rd of November 2020, my dad visited the Cellc store located inside Chatsworth Centre based on Joyhurst Street.

He was there to enquire about porting his number from vodacom to Cellc and a new contract for my mum. While trying to explain his intentions remember he isn't tech savvy so would of tried to explain the whole porting my number in a more or less can this be done type of way... If that makes sense, he's a 60 yr old man, this enquiry was made to an unkooth imbecile named Kajol. He was in an absolutely rude manner told : Go to Vodacom, and she immediately started speaking to another person. My dad stood there in shock and very embarrassed, he waited awhile and again said to her : sorry are you done with me.. Before even completing his sentence without even looking at him she shouts : I TOLD YOU GO TO VODACOM. AND again continues talking to the other person.

Had I accompanied my dad on that specific day this dim-witted "thing" would of been physically assaulted.

I have facilitated and campaigned managed Cellc products for an outsourced bpo group, I have attended training at your Westville centre and the one thing I was trained on to full extent, which I took into my groups and managed on the strickest level is Customer Service. The difference in your training on the specs of call centre vs on the sales floor is left undesirable and obviously a huge gap exists. Swines should not be left to deal with face to face customers. Now there were other attendants standing around, why didn't one of them intervene, my dad asked for her name and the guy at the door says : I am a trainee I don't know her name!! This is unbelievable, from what I know that Cellc stands for and what is enforced. So the training and the skill was clearly passed on, yet you have this person Kajol who chooses to disobey and blatantly disregard these teachings, that for me is a major problem. Has covid 19 not affected Cellc Adversely that you are now sending new business to Vodacom?
