CellC doesnt honour its purchase responsibilities

I bought a CellC voucher to top up my phone at 15h44, Friday 27th November. The voucher number did not work so I phoned CellC customer care. I gave them all the details and I was first told to go and get a refund from the bank. I then got hold of a Post Paid Agent who led me on a merry dance. I think I made at least 6 calls and 14 emails. All it got me was a refusal by him to get the call centre team leader to phone me, a blank refusal to give me any service managers email, and no help. The call centre Team Leader is Duduzili Ndlozi.
I tried using twitter. 9 tweets and 14 Direct Messages and a facetious remark later and I still have no help. It is 08h25 over 16 hours later and I have not received a call or any assistance from CellC.
I do not know what to do further with CellC they are blatantly unwilling to help. I will therefore take this to both Nedbank who sold me the product and to the consumer council. Nedbank needs to explain why they are supporting a product that doesnt work. I feel CellC needs to be made responsible for their lack of action and their refusal to provide adequate support for the consumer.
