Cellc doesn_A|_t live up to what they promisse

I have been fighting with Cellc for more than 3 months now, they don't return your calls regarding the query you may have with them, they put the phone down in your ear! they say your calls are recorded and be requested at anytime, but those calls are not available for the last 3 months. The contract I took out is not the same as what I received, they mess up the payments. I have requested they sms me reference numbers for the calls but the don't do that, they have been promising for the last 3 months that within 24 to 48 hours someone will contact me, but it hasn't happened.<br> <br> I want to cancel this contract as I cant take this any longer, I am paying amounts that I did not agree to, and I am having no joy with anyone getting back to me.<br> <br> I need this to be corrected.<br>
