Cellc does not want to stop my contract

cellc refuses to cancel my contract.

If I go to a cellc store they give me a piece of paper with a number on and tell me I have to do it myself.

when I call the call centre the call gets droped every time.

I dont know what to do, i wish I never got a cellc contract in my life
