Cellc Dissapointed Client

Good day I was called by a Sales Consultant last week Friday 12/01/2024 from *** number. The guy advised there's some deals for laptop and on his offerings was that it comes with Backpack & a mouse. I took the offer, but this week was delivered with no Backpack & mouse.

On inquiry with CellC customer services advised if i'm not happy with product its still within 7days, but that not my query I'm happy with the laptop but the order wasnt complete. I was then transferred to Sales and they were unable to locate the guy who assisted n advised to reroute my call to Consumer services after holding online while he was trying to track down whoever that assisted me.

What i dont understand why cant they got over the recorded call as they always claim "Calls are recorded".

I've been using Cellc for the longest time and i'm really dissapointed.
