CELLC DISASTERS

I am absolutely appalled by the reviews I have read thus far on Cell C... And yet I myself have fallen victim to the midnight data ****....

I am on a prepaid SIM card and though most suggest it's better on pay-as-you-go , I have to detest and advise people that it is not.

A friend recently sent me a data bundle for Valentine's day , which included 1GB day data and 2Gb night and an all time bundle which is used for Whatsapp as this is the only time this data gets deducted ....

I have tried using the Night data on several occasions as I'm an online gamer and on all occasions it deducted my day data instead.

I still have this 2 GB midnight data that I can't use and it's infuriating as I can't always afford day data.

I also have a huge problem with no service on the most inconvenient times .... And it happens for 2 to 3 consecutive days. Where no calls can be made and no calls can be received....

I have received a message stating that it has to do with load shedding but it's impossible to have load shedding for 3 consecutive days none stop with no service for the whole of those 3 days.

You guys are a Business and you guys should have precautions in place for such events...

So I urge everyone to stay away from Cell C... I myself will be moving to a different service provider as my husband has no complaints with Telkom.
