CELLC DISASTER

I was one of the unfortunate people to loose my job at the end of June 2020 due to the Covid 19 Lockdown. I have 2 contracts with CellC which I wanted to enquire if they perhaps have a holiday period to assist me as I was unemployed. I visited their offices In the Pinecrest Centre in Kzn, gave all the necessary documentation required.They either faxed or scanned the documents through to their legal department and said I would hear from them within 48 hours. I have called their contact centre where I was informed that the legal department are working remotely and will come back to me again within 48 hrs. They escalated my enquiry. This happened about 4 times and i did receive a sms saying that the enquiry had been received. Well it is now almost 2 months down the line and I have not had a call. I am tired of calling the contact centre to be told to email the legal department. I have done this as well about 4 times. Still nothing. I am not earning a salary at the moment so cant afford to pay my contracts right now. I had to borrow money at ther end of last month to pay my contracts. Hope I will now receive a response.
