CellC did me wrong

Got my phone on the 14 February 2024 and late last year it would not charge and so I was under the impression that it is still under warranty. CellC gave me a quote of R12000 to fix my phone. I off course rejected the quote and ask them to return my phone to the store where i will collect it.
