Cellc Deliveries - POOR
Upgraded my contract Last week, 30.04.2019. Working across the road from Cellc headoffice in Vorna valley - Kyalami, Midrand. today is 4th working day after and this morning, after holding on for 40MINUTES was told It will be delivered before Wednesday. REALLY, delivery takes 4 working days less than 6km's away from your head-office. When I asked if I can pick up myself, was told No, unfortunaterly not.

07 May 2019, 09:07I do not think Gift is at work currently or this week. As I myself are mailing her and with no response. Can you forward this request to someone else please. I do not understand why, If there is no stock problems, and the delivery address is less than 10km's from your head-offices, delivery should take 5 working days, as today is the 5th working day. I offered to pick up myself and was told no.
