CELLC DE***** CLIENTS WITH PREPAID WIFI ****

When the helpful agent attempted to assist me by calling the call centre. The call centre agent denied me a usage report, instead did a survey by asking me questions. According to the agent and myself, 30GB day data was unaccounted for, yet the agent was absolutely useless and didnt care to address my complaint. Cellc is truly pathetic and de*****s clients out of their money by ripping them off with the prepaid ****
