Cellc deducts money from my account after the account was paid

<p>On the 4th of July 2016 i called cellc and asked for thesettlement amount so that i can pay and close the account. I was told that the amount that is left is R799.66,which i then paid on the 4th of July 2016 and the balance of R164.00 will be deducted at the end of July 2016. I also requested cellc to cancel the account which they said it will be closed on the 31st of July 2016. At the end of July 2016,the R164.00 was not debited,then on the 12th of August 2016 I received a statement that I owe R821.16. I called cellc billing department the guy I spoke to said he will sort it out but nothing was done. Since then cellc has been debitting on my account this R821.16 which I reverse because I do not owe cellc except for R164.00. I am willing to pay the R164,I expect cellc to give me a paid up letter.</p> <p>Call me on ********** 990/ ********** 735</p>
